About WAM Finance Services

W.A.M. Finance Services is a boutique finance broker with close ties to the Property Investment Industry. The company was established in 2005 as a result of increasing demand for service in existing consultancy relationships. Fee for service work completed in the property due diligence field allowed investors to acquire blue chip property investments with a minimum of risk. This work was carried out for one of our strategic partners.

Over a time the company underwent a natural evolution into finance broking to add further value to clients. Clients recognized the value of a mortgage broking firm with the added advantage of property market knowledge.

WAM's Services

Services provided are based around the criteria that you, the client tell us in our comprehensive Client Information Record.

Once the Client Information Record is completed, either in a face to face interview or at your convenience, the critical due diligence commences to find the appropriate lending product.

This will obviously dovetail with your individual situation but may include owner occupied or investment lending, or business related lending.

We will work with you to ensure the outcome is perfectly aligned with your goal.
